About Us
A Family Team That Takes Real Pride in the Work
HIGHVAC is the main brand of JMC Services — a family-run, hands-on gutter clearing and exterior cleaning specialist. We're not a faceless company; we're the people who turn up, do the work, and stand behind it.
Our Story
For nearly 25 years, we've been clearing gutters and cleaning exteriors across Southampton, Eastleigh, Winchester, Fareham, the New Forest, Dorset, Romsey, Andover, North Hampshire, Wiltshire, Sussex and Chudleigh/South Devon. As one of the first companies in the south of England to offer this service, we have grown into one of the South Coast's most trusted specialist cleaning teams — but we've never lost the hands-on, personal approach that got us here.
We were early adopters of the ground-based vacuum pole system, recognising that it wasn't just safer — it was better. Our reach systems mean there is little need for ladders, helping to protect your property while delivering a more thorough clear than traditional methods. It's a commitment to doing things expertly, even when the best way takes more investment.
Today, we combine that vacuum expertise with IPAF-certified MEWP work, softwash treatments, and an equipment shop that helps other small businesses get started. Everything we do, we do ourselves first — so when we recommend a method or sell a piece of kit, it's because we've used it in the field.
