Part A — Cleaning & Maintenance Services
2. Quotes and Estimates
- Quotes provided via the website, phone, WhatsApp, or email are estimates based on the information you give us and are subject to confirmation once we've seen the property.
- A quote may change if the property, gutters, roofline, or access conditions differ from what was described, or if additional issues are found once work begins. We will tell you before carrying out any additional chargeable work.
- Free estimates are offered at our discretion and within our normal service area.
3. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we've agreed a date and scope of work with you, in writing or verbally.
4. Access and Site Conditions
- You are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the property and relevant areas on the agreed date.
- We may reschedule or decline work where access is unsafe or restricted, or where weather or site conditions make the work unsafe.
- Please tell us about known pre-existing damage, defects, fragile surfaces, or unusual conditions. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects.
- Where work is carried out on a property you do not own, you confirm you have the owner's permission.
5. Carrying Out the Work
- Work is carried out using professional equipment and methods appropriate to the job, primarily from the ground using reach vacuum and reach cleaning systems. Where required, we may use a MEWP or other access equipment.
- We hold relevant health and safety training, a current IPAF PAL, PASMA tower training, and an Environment Agency waste carrier registration.
- We take reasonable care to protect property, plants, and surrounding areas, but incidental disturbance such as water, debris, or spray drift is a normal part of exterior cleaning.
- Before and after photographs are taken as part of our standard process.
6. Our Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship. If you identify a problem with completed work, contact us and we will return to rectify it at no additional charge, provided it relates to our standard of work and is reported within a reasonable time.
This guarantee does not cover pre-existing conditions; damage caused by third parties; natural re-soiling, re-blockage, moss regrowth, or weather deterioration; or materials already at the end of their serviceable life.
7. Payment
- Payment is due as agreed at the time of quoting or booking, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- We accept the payment methods stated at the time of booking, including card payments.
- Late or non-payment may result in additional charges or referral to a debt recovery process.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice.
- We may reschedule for weather, safety, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control and will notify you as soon as possible.
- For very short-notice cancellation or lack of access on the agreed date, we may charge a reasonable call-out fee.
Part B — Equipment Sales (Shop)
9. Equipment We Supply
We supply new and reconditioned gutter vacuum equipment, attachments, and kits, and offer delivery, demonstrations, part-exchange, training, and ongoing support. We only sell equipment we use or have used ourselves.
10. Product Descriptions and Condition
- Product descriptions, specifications, and photographs are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible.
- Reconditioned items are pre-owned, inspected, serviced, and prepared by us; they may show cosmetic wear consistent with prior use.
- Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
11. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are as stated at the time of order. Enquiry-only prices are confirmed before an order is placed.
- Payment terms are confirmed at point of sale. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
12. Delivery and Collection
- Delivery arrangements, costs, and timescales are confirmed at point of sale.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
- Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed.
13. Warranty on Equipment
New equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Reconditioned equipment has the warranty period confirmed in writing at sale. Warranties do not cover fair wear and tear, consumables, misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, or improper operation or storage.
14. Returns and Consumer Rights
Consumers have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for distance sales, may cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Return postage may be your responsibility unless an item is faulty or misdescribed. Business purchasers do not have these statutory cancellation rights; returns are at our discretion and by prior agreement.
For faulty or misdescribed goods, contact us promptly so we can arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Part-exchange items must be accurately described; we may revise a valuation where condition differs materially from the description.
15. Training and Support
Where training or support is included with a purchase, its scope is agreed at point of sale. You remain responsible for your own risk assessments, site safety, insurance, and legal health and safety compliance.

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill and hold public liability insurance.
